Rock River Run #1

The team headed out to Rock River Road (which is located squarely in the middle of nowhere) today for our first session of the summer. The road is flat for the first 2.5 miles then climbs over 800 feet during the next 3 miles. We had beautiful weather today, which made the run a bit easier. I imagine it will be much harder when the temps are climbing into the mid 80s by 9 AM (the time that we had all finished by). I'll try to spruce this up with some captions and what not, but I'm a noob at this blogging stuff.

  1. Looks like a fun bunch of budding young athletes. Scarlett and Tamzin have rarely seen brown grass! Grass over here is often white (snow and ice).

  3. Relax, Casper. No mater how much time you spend in the sun, your skin will never be as brown as guys like Max.
