Summer runners need to continue to send me mileage

I have only received 4 peoples mileage for week 10 of the summer training.  We are already half way done with week 11. Please, don't give up on me now.  Add up your mileage for week 10.  It was the last week that you had to keep track of your own mileage.  The coaching staff is not in charge of tracking mileage.

A number of you are close to or have already qualified for shirts.  Some of you have made the 300 mile mark and can make the 500 mile mark.  Many others can get to the 300 mark with some solid effort.

Your summer mileage is what will make you good runners.  Keep logging it so that you can have credit and get your shirts.
