We had our first Saturday practice today. Many of us chose to practice on Friday, but those who came today instead were treated to nice cool weather. The individual training groups all did very well. Our beginners, Mason and Tony, were able to run 4 miles without stopping, while veterans like Keaton and Jacob got in a solid 10 miler.
Perhaps one of the most impressive runs of the day was Leo, who finished the last 1.3 miles of his 8 miler at around 6:00 pace.
Awesome job Leo, future State Champion.
