- All 12 of these girls have a shot at the top 3 places.
- Becky and Harcus ran tremendous negative splits at the D3 meet and should be capable of much faster times off an evenly paced race.
- Ralstin and Zavesky have been #1 and #2 in the section all year, but were a way's off of their season bests. They may have been holding a bit back in the 1600 because were doubling back in the 800 (as was Compton).
The way "ya'll" plan like this makes Scarlett and I candidates for amateurs of the year. Very impressive. Hearing how Becky's conditioning has improved over the last 6 weeks is fascinating, the application after all the theorising.
