Off Season Training

Many of you are now done with cross for the season.  Enjoy a little time off before we ramp up for track.  Your off season should go kind of like this

1. Take 2 weeks off from running
2. When you start running again, just run easily for a week or two.
3. Once you are ready for real training again, follow this template Off season training

Great season, guys.  Enjoy some time off!
