OK, guys. It is wednesday, June 4th. Your summer running should be underway for the past 3 days now. If you have not started running yet, start now! If you are only running a little bit, run more! If you can't find motivation, find a running partner.
Practice starts on Monday, June 16th. We will practice on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:00 PM and on Tuesdays at 7:00 AM.
Tuesday's runs will actually be earlier, because the plan is to be out to the hills BY 7:00 AM and begin running then.
