August Varsity Training

I'm posting a Link to our Varsity Training Schedule for the month of August.

Please read and understand what we are trying to accomplish.  What you need to understand is that our only really "hard workouts" during the month will come from our two time trials and the one low key meet.  All other training is done in support of those 3 days.

Groups below the varsity level will follow the same basic pattern, but the AM runs will not be required, nor will the Saturday runs.

Beginners will follow a different schedule
